Shipping:
- All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via UPS and USPS
- Standard processing time us typically 5-12 days before shipping.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Damaged Items
We do our best to ensure your item arrives safely.However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at Plexiboxes4u@gmail.com
- Include clear photos of :
- Damaged product
- the shipping package (including visible damage)
3.We need this documentation to file a claim with the shipping provider.
Once we receive the required photos and verify the issue, we will follow up with next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds take 3 business days
Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that not all orders are eligible for returns. Custom orders and custom print orders are considered final sale and are therefore non-returnable.
- In order to return all or part of your order, contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
- After RMA number is provided by customer service, customers are responsible to pay for returns and create their own shipping labels. We do not provide any return labels. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
- Once you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) you have 7 days from the date the RMA# is issued to physically return the product to us. Please note that after those 7 days are exceeded you will not be able to return your product to us.
- Items you return to Plexiboxes4u should be packed carefully and shipped with tracking & insurance.
- Shipping and/or handling charges on the original order are not refundable.
- We charge a 35% restocking fee on all returns.
- An additional 20% repackaging fee may apply on returned merchandise if the original product packaging is absent or significantly damaged.
Changing or Cancelling Orders
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure fast turnaround times. A placed order cannot be changed or canceled. Please us for assistance if you have an urgent case.
